Reader's Thoughts
Now that I-core midterms are over I will have a lot more time to focus on the blog. We come to a very critical part in the season that will show us what kind of football team were are. We still have time to turn it around and become bowl eligible but it has to happen soon. If you have any questions regarding the hoosier football team, specific players, match ups, or anything feel free to write your question in the comment box below the post. I would like for everybody to have a chance to ask anything that has been on their mind about IU football.

In regards to the UVA game...
ReplyDelete1. Unpreparedness- I felt like both the staff was unprepared and the players weren't ready to play the game. I don't know the reason why, maybe we get more hyped for big ten games.
2. I feel like we are also at the point in the season that we face year after year. We started out 3-0 and once conference play starts we tend to be put back in place. I think this is more mental than physical this year. We have a lot of talent on this years squad we just need to stop accepting that we usually have a bad football team and start expecting to win week in and week out.

ReplyDeleteeven though Illinois is 1-4 I feel like they are much better than their record shows. What scares you the most about U of I?
U of I is definitely much better than their record indicates. What worries me the most is that although they aren't playing great they still have so much potential on offense. Pre-season they were tabbed with having the best receiving core in the big ten. Benn hasn't had a great year but he's 6'2 and 220lbs which creates match up problems against anybody. They also have a Florida transfer in Jarred Fayson. If Mcgee or Juice can start clicking their offense has a ton of potential despite their record.
