Hoosiers offer local RB

Roberts is predicted to be one of the most heavily recruited kids from the state of Indiana. He is listed at 5'10 and 180 lbs. He will be a top candidate for Mr. Indiana Football his senior year. His tape reminds me a lot of current hoosier Darius Willis. D'Angelo has great breakaway speed along with good strength to break tackles. He accelerates through holes very well and once he gets in space you can't catch him. Through the first 8 games he has rushed for 1,650 yards and 20 TD's.

With Bryan Payton and Demetrius Mccray both being seniors, the hoosiers will need to fill some spots at the running back position for the future. Roberts could be a big get for the hoosiers so let's see how his recruiting process goes. He has already taken an unofficial visit to Illinois but currently Indiana is the only school to offer him a scholarship. Look for his recruiting to pick up some major steam before his senior season.
