Who is looking at Saffold?

If you read my blog often you know that Saffold has increased his draft stock tremendously over the past month or so. Many analysts believe Saffold will be a 2nd round choice but could fall late into the 1st round depending on different situations. Since the offensive tackle position is so crucial, many times a team will reach for a player at that position just to fill the need. I wrote a bit earlier that linebacker Matt Mayberry will be working out for the Chicago Bears and the New England Patriots. Now according to Chris Steuber from scout.com Rodger Saffold has worked out for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Seattle Seahawks. Saffold also has planned workouts with the Atlanta Falcons and the Philadelphia Eagles within the next two weeks or so. Scout.com currently has Saffold as the 6th best offensive tackle prospect in the NFL draft.
