BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana football team will hold its first scrimmage of the spring at Memorial Stadium on Saturday. It is open to the public and will kick off at 1 p.m.
Following a warm-up period, the scrimmage will consist of 12 eight-play periods with special teams and 7-on-7 sprinkled in. The first and second units will split snaps throughout the afternoon.
Saturday marks IU's eighth practice out of 15 this spring. The Hoosiers will hold their second scrimmage on April 10, and they will conclude the spring with the Cream & Crimson Spring Game at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 17.
The scrimmages and the spring game are open and free to the public. All practices will be held at Memorial Stadium, weather permitting. IU's remaining spring schedule is listed below:
