Hoosiers Receive TE Commitment

It has been announced via scout.com that Paul Phillips from the Washington D.C. area has become the 25th commitment for the hoosiers 2010 class. He chose IU over offers from Richmond and Syracuse. He has athletes in his family with two brothers playing football at Stanford and Virginia. He is listed at 6'5 and 220 lbs and the 80th best TE prospect in the country.
